Second position downgrades two OVR!

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What happens when the bug occurs? I got Josko Gvardiol 102 OVR on Trick or Treat event. I ranked him fully to 107 LB. and trained to 30 level. When I play him as a CB his OVR is 105. I was expecting 106 based on every other player and past experience. My 105 Bergkamp plays 104 as RW, my Rafael Leao plays as 103 LM. And in players details they all have 99 % second position. So I would classify this as a bug, since there is not logic it being downgraded two OVR.

- @gzkqoe0hihlg 1% of 100 or less is 1, but 1% of 100+ is more than one … so, when you have your 101+ card at 99% then it’s displayed OVR falls by more than 1
