Thanks to this bug, we all can't reach the weekly bonus that expires in about 3 hours!
This is unfair! That's 1000 Gems and 800 Star Pass points we don't get because of this bug.🤯😩

Can one of you tell us how we can reach the weekly target when the daily skillgame targets have been negative since yesterday?
Now I'm missing these 5 points and I'm missing all the Gems and StarPass points because of this error😤
In two hours you're already resetting the weekly goals, even though only the second day is over🫣😭
That's 1000 Gems and 800 Starpass points😱Please find a fair solution for all players involved😇

- mendozzamagic3 years agoHero+@Konterman it will open again today - you will have plenty of time to finish the star pass before the event closes, especially if you are doing all the things every day

Yes, I am aware of that.But I still lost 1000 Gems and 800 Starpass points because of an EA error! We are only on the third day of the new season and thanks to certain bugs I don't get the rewards for which I play, invest my time and spend money😤🤷🏻♂️
This can't be going on again.
This morning there was another error with the daily target reward in Kickoff(see bug report section)EA has to be fair to their customers with such mistakes and hand over these bonuses/packs🙏🏼
Otherwise this season will end like all other seasons, with bugs, glitches, cheaters and other injustices.😭😭
I know you can't do anything about it, but a company should be able to learn from its mistakes. At least after all the past season's experiences.🤷🏻♂️😇
