What's your device's make and model? Sony Xperia 5

What's your device's firmware? Android 11

What is your game version? 20.1.02

In what game mode did the bug occur? Live Event

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? I can't do Exchange in Event National Valor in the first 3 turns in ovr 89-87-86. I can't do it, so why. My UID 797967779223609344, please check that UID

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) It happened over the past week
