Songkran tokens from Extra Time not added

Twice I’ve chosen Songkran tokens from Extra Time and have opened the item in my inbox, but the tokens are not being added to my inventory. Yesterday it was from the 4k extra time (20 or 25?) and today it was from the free Extra Time (5 tokens).
