Re: Unable to Exchange Players for Shards – Players Still Shown as In Lineup

My older event players, including TOTS cards, cannot be exchanged for Star Shards. The game says “Player is in lineup” even though I have removed them from my only saved lineup.

My Numero event player also disappeared from the exchange after I changed him to untradable. He later appeared in the Ballon d'Or Star Shards exchange, but the same lineup error appeared.

My newly packed Ballon d'Or player is eligible for exchange, so the issue seems to affect certain older event players.

I have checked my lineup, restarted the game, and cleared the cache, but nothing has worked.

Please investigate and fix this issue.
