Star Shield is not working on H2H

in the description it said that star shield will work on non FC champions divisions. but it's not woking on my legendary 2 divisions. i have 8 star shield left but upon losing a match it's deducting ...

Regarding OVR
I’ve calculator says my team ovr should be 119 but still it’s 118 and also I have all players maxed out and it should be obv for my acc to be 119 ovr I guess it’s a bug, please reach me out asap
