Re: Suspended for no reason [0x00002710]

Dear Electronic Arts, 

I hope this message find you well. I am writing this report to inform you about a bug I have experienced while playing fc mobile. A couple of hours ago, I was playing a match in the glorious eras event. Whilst playing the match I decided to change some gameplay settings and remove the radar from the screen. Right after doing so, I was kicked out of the game and was told that my account was suspended. Please fix this EA, I don't want to lose my account after 2 years of hard work put into it just because of a bug. Below is an attachment of the suspension message.

    Hi Ezashellboi​,

    Bans are applied when the rules have been broken, but if you feel there's been a mistake with this ban, you can appeal it. An appeal will prompt our Terms of Service team to investigate it for you. To send in an appeal, use the steps I've shared below:

    If you’re a mobile player, can’t sign in to your EA Account, or don’t see the violation you want to appeal listed in the Penalty History tool, use this webform instead.

    • Open the webform
    • Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.
    • Select Submit.
    • Then select Email us.

     

    Your case will be sent to our dedicated team for review. You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer. The email will give you more information about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake.
