the game clicked on 106 garrincha and I lost 500 shard tokens help

why was the game so glitchy I  didnt actually click on anything not even confirm and then somehow I don’t know  how but the game clicked on 106 garrincha and I  lost 500 shard tokens please help me get them back and why was there no confirm button to stop this from happening
also the support isnt doing their job
