The vinicius instruction

Product: EA SPORTS FC Mobile
Platform:Android
What's your device's make and model? Samsung
What's your device's firmware? Idk
What is your game version? Last update
In what game mode did the bug occur? Ads
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What happens when the bug occurs? Its not about the ads, but vinicius instruction that show in the start of the game, my level is higjer than 40 , every time i was login into the game, that vinicius instruction is show and force me to open an event
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) In the start of the game

    @ARS_KODS97 If you have already tried clearing your device game cache and restarting your device, then the next step is to contact customer service … this does seem to randomly happen to some accounts.

    @timo12356 Yep - contact customer service per the instructions above … it is an account specific issue that I believe customer service can help with

    Just don’t mention the word bug or they will send you here - and we can’t help with account issues
