Three missing Mascheranos

I claimed three Javier Mascheranos, but they never appeared in my inventory¿A qué hora viste el error? (HH:MM AM/PM) Thursday, June 13 between 19:00 and 21:00 Hours ‌I've posted three screenshots. The first one shows that I claimed the three Mascheranos from week 1 in the Euro Event. The other two screenshots show that I claimed another three Mascheranos from the exchange. On Thursday, June 13, I claimed 6 Mascheranos, 3 from the Euro Event and the other 3 from the exchange. I was able to use the Mascheranos from the exchange, but the rest of the Mascheranos never appeared in my inventory.I've already discussed this bug 3-4 times with customer service, and they directed me here.

@jargSFI think the correct path is to contact customer service in game and note missing content. Don't mention bug because they will just forward you here

@jargSF  Have you been autofilling exchanges, because there are not many 90 and 91 OVR cards in the game and if you autofill exchanges that require 90+ they will pick up Mascherano cards and use them
