What happens when the bug occurs? I try to exchange the 107 red rank Kluivert, who is 103 base, for the 100 event shards and he does not appear to be selected although he is in my club.

I have included proof of Thunderstruck Kluivert being in my club and I have also included a picture showing my issue. The exchange says there is no available items to exchange when I clearly have Kluivert in my club, he is not on any of my teams or even on the substitutes. You can see him between Gerrard and Hazard. I wanted him strictly to exchange for Van Persie.
