Tim howard not possible in hero chronicles

For 2 months i tried the quest of completing daily trial with every hero ever since hero team b got released tim howard NEVER showed please fix the probabilities I've gotten every hero twice since the update and I've never gotten him please fix this bug I m unable to claim the final 3 mascheranoss
