I was going to complete my beginners’ mission, and the the game said that one of mission was expired.So I can’t get free 15000 gems. I have tried to communicate with them.But they said they can’t give me any result and report this problem here
I communicated with them today , they were really fast , and we concluded that they cant do anything on their own as support but also submitted ticket and hopefully the dev team gonna update us soon and that they cant do anything more then handle it to them , so just gotta wait
True,I have tried to communicate with officials for a while,and they respond me so slow,maybe I need to wait for one day or more.This is really a bad problem and made me bothered. Hope they can see our post and solve this.
Yeahh the bug is here for few days now , hopefully they gonna fix it soon cuz a lot of people been vomplaining about this one too
