Re: Unable to Exchange Players for Shards – Players Still Shown as In Lineup

I am experiencing an issue with my 124 OVR Pedri card in Star Signings. I want to exchange Pedri for Star Shards, but the game incorrectly says that the player is “In Lineup.”

I have completely removed Pedri from my main lineup, substitutes, and reserves. I have also checked all my Challenge Mode/Gauntlet lineups, and Pedri is not present in any of them. However, the game still considers him to be in the starting lineup and prevents me from exchanging him.

I have also restarted the game, but the problem remains.

Please check my account and fix this issue so I can exchange Pedri for Star Shards.
