    @itmfnks8gr60 contact customer service via the in-game settings menu - they will then be able to assist you with proving your age

The new fc mobile web store won't let me claim the Cole palmer or 3000 gems and mascherano because apparently my uid is underage how do I fix this

    @itmfnks8gr60 You most likely just skipped entering in your birthday it it defaults to the most recent date in the list - contact customer service via the in game settings menu and confirm your actual age with them
