Hi there, thanks for your reply and please accept my apologies for delay with my response. 
I’ve went through the link provided, same tissue happened today. I strongly believe this is a bug and I would like to get rewards that I suppose to receive for my work. 

So long in short, bug still there, trouble shoot doesn’t help, app reinstallation, sign out/in and restart device completed and nothing is solving this issue.
