Tots exchange pack glitch

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What happens when the bug occurs? When i exchanged with 90 to 93 pack ,my players are removed but the tots players are not added .Same I got 98ovr Rice and 98ovr haland from the exchange .But I didnt recieve them .Please send me them.
