Uefa champions League Best XI

Hi please assist with advising on what the issue is with the UEFA best XI. The tab hasn't been unlocked as it was to be on Thursday 3:30am CAT.

Division Rival issue after latest update
Since last latest update the Division Rival is stuck in 100% . I have cleared cache, reinstall fc mobile, restart device, changed network, changed squad but still issue is not resolved.
