I was hoping too getting that reward, but then I noticed that it says it will be unlocked with EURO BEST XI, and that is still locked.

@gzkqoe0hihlg  correct - the best xi is not completed yet because it was released slightly later than anticipated by Euro Competition

@4tpgt2lsvmla  Yes mate - per above - there was a delay in the announcement of the team of the tournament, which means that EA team has been delayed in developing the player cards - it will release tomorrow at reset, or at worst the day after
