Unable to access the Player of the Month (POTM) section

I’m unable to access the Player of the Month (POTM) section in the Football Centre of FC Mobile. The POTM tab shows up, but the cards are blank and unclickable (see attached screenshot).

Please help fix the issue, thanks.
