Unable to claim Liga libertadores Premium Pass from note 4 onwards

Product: EA SPORTS FC Mobile
Platform:Android Phone
What's your device's make and model? Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra
What's your device's firmware? Android 6
What is your game version? latest
In what game mode did the bug occur? Live Event
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't claim the premium Liga libertadores Pass onwards from node 4 although i can claim the nodes from the normal pass
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 10:50 AM

    Hello, maybe someone can help me, I bought the star pass and the first day there were no problems, but now it won't let me claim the rewards of the pass.
