Unable to complete daily task

Got a daily task Acquire 1 free NEON pack in the Store. But it has already been purchased and it is impossible to buy it again. Changed the task for crystals, got new task: Join 1 Code:NEON Challenge but entry limit reached, I habe already completed it. I changed several tasks for crystals and I can’t complete any of them, since they have all already been completed, but are not counted as completed for the task. Please return the crystals I spent and provide compensation for the wasted time and ruined mood.

    I've seen this happen when you don't restart the game after the daily reset, and get into finishing the quests. When I encountered a similar issue, it took a few attempts to get a task that wasn’t already completed. If you've done most of the dailies, you may need to move on. The key difference now is that you can change the tasks now —whereas a few weeks ago, you would have had to give up on reaching the daily milestones.

    Yeah you need to check the daily tasks before doing anything else. It won't count otherwise.

    I changed the task many times, spending a lot of crystals on it, but did not receive a task that was not yet completed. The same tasks were given to me several times, but all of them were already done, but unfortunately, they weren't counted as completed.

    Make sure that you make a habit of going into activities before you do your grind, see if this helps.
