Unable to open event THUNDERSTRUCK

Product: EA SPORTS FC Mobile
Platform:iOS
What's your device's make and model? Iphone 15 Pro Max
What's your device's firmware? 2.31.05
What is your game version? 24.0.02
In what game mode did the bug occur? Live Event
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing happens just stuck
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 9:00 AM

Not able to open thunderstruck

    Hi folks,

    The Thunderstruck event wrapped up on January 23rd (UTC). You can still access the chapters until February 16th to track the conditions for the live OVR players. This is why you can still see the event. 

    This information will appear on the MOTD Screen. If you dismissed it before getting a chance to read it, you can find it again by heading to the Inbox under the News section.

    @EA_Lanna Where did it say it finished on 23/1? All I can see is 24 days under the event. Also, as mentioned, everything is locked...what a mess!

    how can I use collected thunderstruck shards? is it possible to claim any player from Live thunder clash? please advise

    What is your game version? FC Mobile the latest version, as of Thursday 23, of January
    In what game mode did the bug occur? Gameplay
    How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
    What happens when the bug occurs? You locked the matches in the event and I really hope it's not a time factor because the event is said to expires in atleast 3 weeks time... please open the event or give as some explanation to this
    What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 5AM

    Please fix the bug or explain why the event is locked I've played the event from the first date and am one day away from finishing it which was today till I opened the event and to my suprise I can't play the matches ....kindly respond

    The thunderstruck event has bugged out.. today it said that it was over in the end of the main page with the lucky strike button, my shards and tokens won’t work neither does matches or ads for free reward, the event still has 24 days left to go… please fix so I can play.

    After the day resets we can play again but now I can’t do anything in the thunderstruck event and it hasn’t expired. It looked like that as soon as I opened the game
