Unable to use OVR 96 players for Gusto Exchange

I have multiple OVR 96 players that don't show as options for the exchange to get Gusto

@Amrit1331 My first quesrion is where do you get that exchange? I don't have any exchanges except Mascherano and Henry.
The reason you don't have those other players offered is that they aren't Premier League and it looks like thats the condition
