Re: Rewarded un tradable players instead of tradable players

Purchased the 3500 fc point pack that guarantees a 113-115 tradeable festive fixtures player but received an untradable player (unreadable 113 carrick). My only reason for purchasing this pack was to sell whoever I got to get many coins.
I attached a picture of the store with no option to purchase the pack anymore, proving that I did in fact buy the pack. I also attached a picture of the card I received, showing the untradeable aspect.
I spent $19.99 for the fc points necessary to purchase this pack, I’d like my money back or a tradeable pack/player.

This has been flagged, and it's an acknowledged bug. Unfortunately, EA hasn't released an official statement on the matter as far as I know. However, many players somehow seem to be getting cards that were meant to be released later (e.g., week 2), so it does look like these are made untradeable for the time being. Just stay put and wait for the comms.
Also, follow the main thread (it was mostly raised as DR rewards, but your problem is technically the same).

Wait for EA_Pulsar's update, he's trying to get to the bottom of it with the dev team.

Based on the experiences from the past, it's probably premature release of the cards destined for week2, week 3 and week 4, so these are made untradeable for the time being and likely are going to be made tradeable as per predetermined timings.

This is a prediction based on past similar issues. I would definitely recommend holding onto your untradeables from this event for the time being (until week 4). The upside is that mostlikely you are getting a free unlock for the badges.
