Re: Selected Stadium Reverts to Stadion Olympik in Home Matches

Hello EA FC Mobile Support Team,

I am reporting a persistent and extremely frustrating bug with stadium selection in Head to Head (H2H).

I select a specific stadium in the Locker Room, but when I play H2H as the home team, the game does NOT use my selected stadium. Instead, it repeatedly loads a different stadium.

What makes this issue even more obvious is that my opponents can play in the stadiums they selected, while my selected stadium does not work for me.

I have already tried EVERYTHING that would normally be suggested:

● Changed my selected stadium multiple times

● Selected a completely different stadium and changed it back

● Restarted the game

● Completely closed and reopened the game

● Reinstalled FC Mobile

● Checked the stadium settings again

NOTHING HAS FIXED THE PROBLEM.

This clearly does not appear to be a simple device or installation issue. The problem appears to be related to my H2H stadium selection or my account/server data.

I have been dealing with this issue repeatedly while other players are able to use their selected stadiums normally.

PLEASE CHECK MY ACCOUNT-SIDE H2H STADIUM DATA AND INVESTIGATE THIS PROBLEM PROPERLY.

I do not want another generic response telling me to reinstall the game or change my stadium settings, because I have already done all of that multiple times.

Please confirm whether this is a known H2H stadium bug and, if necessary, escalate the issue to the appropriate technical team.
