virtual stick

Hi !

I cant play a f2f match without having this annoying problem in FC mobile 24. In each f2f match the controller stick at a random time stay fixed on one direction  and i have to quit the game and come back (without completely close the game) to continue the match, and sometimes it happens 3 to 4 times in the same match, and sometimes the pass button stuck too. Plz help

    If this keeps up let us know the following:

    • Which device (make/model) do you play on?
    • Do you get any error messages?
    • Does this happen when doing something specific?
    • Does this happen on any other device?

    And Ive already tried to uninstall and install the game again

    No, still have the issue, and seems no one from ea sport is reading

    I play only the Face to Face mod in division rivals. So i dont know if it happpens in the other mods. But still having this annoying issue on all the matches I play. Virtual stick stuck on one direction, or sometimes the pass button stay pressed. But 99% of the time I notice the bug on the virtual stick.

    All the time 

    For me it started when I changed the mobile to samsung galaxy s24 ultra

    Do you think can be the issue

    I think it's happening because of Android 14 update...
