Why cant i claim the milestone rewards -mistery signings

Im unable to collect the milestone reward from mistery signing event section which requires you to collect atleast three players . The event tab shows I've only claimed two players whilst i have proo...

@AzF3ct_99 Yes, I currently have this problem - the game says I have collected the reward, but it’s permanently locked and doesn’t reset!

    @jqhydw4gqym7 Are you on Android? If so, try clearing your device game cache.

    If on iOS then contact customer service as there may be an account issue …
