Why is the hero cronicle exchange for the player freezing it wont let me exchange for it its stuck in.a empty screen

Have you tried restarting the device and clearing the cache? It loads ok for me (although I already claimed it months ago).
I tried everything its still frozen I deleted it I cleared thr cache I even restarted ny phone but nothing
