You can't take the ball from the opponent
If the opponent are winning, and the play the ball around in the back , than it is impossible to take the ball again. This way you can calculate the entire match time.

@fy4aiq3cg106 If they play it for too long the game will clear it forward … if they are managing to hold within that, then there is not much you can do but work out a way to defend it
