EA Support Help for EA FC Mobile | Connect to the Web Store

Hey everyone,

I’ve been playing EA FC Mobile for over 5 years now and I’d like to connect my account to the EA Webstore so I can buy packs or at least redeem Codes.

Here’s the issue;

•  In Settings → Link Account both “EA Account” and “Game Center” show a green checkmark.
• I always log in via Game Center – that’s where all my progress is saved.
• I don’t remember ever creating an EA Account.
• None of my current email addresses work when I try to log into the Webstore.

So it looks like my game is somehow linked to an EA Account that I can’t access (or maybe doesn’t exist at all).

👉 What I’d really like is to have my game account linked to one of my active email addresses, so I can log into the Webstore and make purchases.

Has anyone run into this before or found a solution?
