Banned by mistake or error
Hello EA Support,
After the FC Mobile 26 update, my account is stuck on the loading screen.
I have already tried clearing cache, reinstalling the game, and logging in on different devices and networks, but the issue remains.
Important details:
- My other account works fine.
- I received a message that says there is no ban on my account.
- This issue seems to affect only this account.
Please help me reset/fix my account from the server side.
