Accessing Inbox Requires Choosing Name
My journey with FC Mobile started on the release of this game, with that at that time it had requested me to choose a name ages ago, now when coming back to the game after 4-5 years I believe, I am encountering an issue while playing that game, what I believe is that the game isn’t detecting that I have ever used a Rename Card, even though I have already. This leads me troubled when trying to access my friends list or inbox in order to claim content or rewards. Please assist me, as I have tried essentially every troubleshooting method including contact live chat over 10 times, trying multiple different devices, trying multiple different trouble shooting methods, and this is my final attempt.
