@prizelol007 That’s unfortunate. I am assuming my option 3 applies in your case. Before you embark on the customer service journey think about if what you lost is worth the hassle (like super high ovr team >97 or significant purchases lost). If yes, give it a shot, but it may take 2-3 months. If no, this season is built for casuals and you likely catch up within a few weeks. TOTY will provide ample opportunities to rebuild a new account.
Season 2 (fifa mobile 2017/18) was very different. It was all gameplay grind based and you lost significant ground. I had to redo all the challenges and there were A LOT, and some were hard. No autoplay like nowadays. I was pissed off as hell but it turned out to be the best time I have had in the game. Good luck.
