Adding a legend

I'm not gonna have a long topic but what i want the devs to bring to fc mobile is El "pescadito" carlos ruiz, he is a Guatemala player and held the record for the most goals in a world cup qualifying untill Ronaldo broke it, so I believe carlos ruiz should be added to fc Mobile with overall 115-120, please ea, I want to have a good player from my country in the game. If this isn't possible I completely understand.
