Advanced Competitive Points

I have yet to receive any advanced competitive points. Can anyone who has received these advanced points explain how the points were acquired? Or is there an EA FC mobile glitch we have not been made ...

@Sanyosa I have no advanced competitive points. I simply would like to know exactly how these points can be acquired :-)
