"Anywhere for the club" quests need an adjustment

I've completed 93 out of 95 quests and it was done months ago. The only remaining quests are to reach FC champion 1 and 2 in VS Attack, which are absolutely impossible to complete because of cheaters swarming the mode.

These quests have been around for 18 months with no one completing them, at least fairly. So it would only make sense to remove the two "impossible" quests.
