Ballon d’or: issue with reward selection

Hey. After finishing the challenge Ballon d’OR - first week in FC Mobile, I was given the option to choose between two rewards: Cruyff or Puskás. I selected Cruyff, but instead, I received Puskás.

@Szadow62 yep - you played one towards Cruyff and then went and completed the other path first ... you can complete all nodes up to the player selection on that one, but then select only one player at the end, at which point everything else is locked.

You selected Puskas, it locked - working as intended!

@Szadow62 Your screenshot shows that you completed the patch to puskas - I’m not sure what you mean 🤷‍♀️

Technically yes, but look at the ss again. I started the patch with Cruyff. Hope you will understand now

@Szadow62 I had issue where I didn’t get my week 4 tickets and tried to get thru to support 5 days before event ended and still today nothing. I have screen shots showing it and over 150 screen shots of support chats on here and app support repeatedly going over same thing to get nowhere
