Banned
Hi there, my account on mobile has been banned for 28 days and there is no penalty, why this just happened? It is not fair.

If you're not seeing anything on your penalty history page, please double-check to see if you've signed in on the same EA account that's linked to your FC Mobile ID. You'll need to be signed in to the correct account for the page to populate.
