Now I get it. It didn't count.
You're an old player, so I don't think you played during reset time. Or maybe you did?
Anyway, you know nobody can help you or will compensate it. You can try your luck with customer service for missing rewards but don't get your hopes up.
Mine is working fine.
- @yinxie1963 Yeah - it’s an intermittent bug - seems to mostly happen when people play across reset, but also randomly pops up from time to time … team is looking into it, but I haven’t heard anything back yet.

@SanyosaI played HOL several hours after the reset. I usually check on daily quests the last to be a little more efficient. It seems like being efficient is not the game here.
It is totally ok to miss a few rewards for me. I just like EA to be professional and ship perfect products.

I'm getting a similar thing today where I can't complete daily quests because I need to acquire 1 store pack to complete HOL Customer (and yes I have acquired the free store pack as I do every day). Anyone else getting this?
- @pelicanos No - but I think the quests have some issues lately - I’ll pass that one on as well
Hello, sir. How to complete these quests? I already play H2H once but it did not count as 1/3 😕
Nah, ignore my question above. I found it, at least 1 HOL player in my starting 11 😢
