This may not happen with everybody, closing app and etc don't help.
This could be related to the sequence you open the quest and you do exchanges. The game seems to require a predefined sequence, lame, very lame.
@yinxie1963 I think perhaps the quests are randomised based on a pool of available centurions items … I’ve followed up with the team, because it seems to be random that some people are not able to complete some items whereas others are.
It is also somewhat confused by people not understanding that while their friend might have “watch two ads” or “complete a challenge match” that they don’t have those quests to complete.
Anyway - I have pointed it out and I expect I will hear back from the team when they are back in the office on Monday

- @mendozzamagic From my perspective, I played this game for many years, I don't think I have any problem navigating through the game. The issues with not being able to complete quests are pretty new, rarely happened in the past. I am very much worried about the QA process of this product.
- @yinxie1963 Yeah - I get that there seems to be an issue - I am saying that it appears to be clouded by quite a number of false reports, which is making it harder for the team to determine what is going on.
I for one got the bonus exchange quest item today and had no issues with claiming it 🤷🏼♀️Anyone know what happens when you choose make & lahm?
