Change the manager mode

Check the tactics and formation mate.. also what ovr u R on and if Ur players R all trained to the max level possible.  I usually use red rank at least and train them to 25.  I oscillate between world class 2 to legendary 2 with a 112ovr team. 

It's pretty random tbh as the same team can beat lot better teams sometimes but loose to pretty ordinary ones.  But having a decent formation and xp team will always push u up if u play daily atleast 5-6 games.

I suggest 4-1-2-1-2 or 4-3-3 Attack and change between control and defensive.  Use attacking only in the last moments of the halves as it opens up Ur defence for opponent to score.
