Chat from customer service in fc mobile do not work

I had requested for refund on ea help chat. They asked me to login to fc mobile and use chat option from customer service section in mobile app..however no one responds there. I hv spend 3 days now. Ea team only directs there. There is no phone number to call..pls help how to talk advisor from fc mobile
