The clean sheet pack in FC Mobile does not appear in my account, but it does anywhere else. How does this happen?

To confirm was this from a reward or did you purchase the pack?

Thanks for reaching out. Technically it wasn't a pack, rather a purchasing system from the featured tab. I'll make sure to contact support for it though, thanks for telling me.
