Code NEON Gallery exchange

I cant seem to exchange my two 106 ovr players for Neon shards. I have no idea why.

    Because they are not 106. You can exchange them for 10 shards as its their base ovr that counts

    As Sanyosa said, they are 102 cards, their base pictures from the Renderz portal.
