One of my (I cant say the word) firends.. Took my phone and delete it. But i saved uid when i start playing, last month at tots, i put a lots of money in game.. And i dont want to lose it.. I have all single purchase receipt.. All my work and money in game are gone.. I dont want to start a new one from 0..i can give you all my informations about my account, uit,puchase receipts, photos with my team, overall, training, level of my account..if there any chances to recover my account please help me! :( i put much more than 1000 € in that account. :(

If your acquaintance really deleted the account, then it's not possible to recover the account, unfortunately. If the account has simply been made inaccessible, then Support should be able to help you recover it with the help of your User ID - however, as you already contacted support and they said they cannot help you, I'm leaning towards thinking that it's the first situation in this case.
We cannot help with account problems like these in general here in the forum, and if Support already said that the account is deleted and not recoverable, there's nothing else that can be done.
