Unfortunately we can't help with mobile account recoveries here on the forums. I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team for help. Just note that they'll need the User ID of the account that you lost to restore the progress. (Also note that if you've overwritten the account they won't be able to help.

Today I claimed 113 Mbappe Anniversary card from gallery and accidentally used the card as training XP. this

I had been collecting 1,500 shards for almost a month to get him, and it was a mistake. The incident happened today on 15-th october around 17:22(GMT+5, Tashkent time). I can provide any proves i have video and screenshot proof from the gallery that I really obtained him and then accidentally used him for training.

I kindly ask if it would be possible to restore or compensate me with one Mbappé card. I completely understand if this isn’t always possible, but I would be very grateful if you could assist me in any way.
