Did Anyone Else Get Scammed by a Survey Offer for 38,000 Jewels?

Hello everyone,

I’m hoping someone in the community can help me out or share similar experiences.

A few days ago, while playing the game, I saw an offer that promised 38,000 jewels if I completed a survey and paid 5 euros. I thought it was legit, so I entered my credit card info — but the transaction didn’t go through.

Later, I discovered unauthorized charges on my bank account. I believe my card info was leaked through that offer.

Has anyone else experienced something similar?

Was this an in-game ad? Or a scam from a third-party site?

Is there any way to report this more effectively or prevent it from happening again?

I’ve already contacted EA Support, and they asked me to share this here in the community.

Any advice or help is really appreciated.
