if you are on Android then you need to force close your app and clear your device game cache ... do that before each session of FC Mobile and it should help

They could be multiple reasons for this..

Firstly..check that you have enough internal storage available on your device.

Secondly..If internal storage is not the problem then link your account to the online server so that your account is backup and you won't lose any of your progress in the game. Then go to FC mobile files and clear cache files.

Thirdly..If the above does not work..then just delete and re-install fc mobile and link your old account to the new installed app.. Please make sure your account is backup on the server like EA sports server..or you will lose all progress in game..
