Do the increase in ovr brought by the live performance rating decrease ?

I have bought 99 ovr jobe Bellingham (prodigy card), now his ovr is increased by 2 due to live performance rating . Will it decrease later if he doesn’t perform well? This is after considering that the requirements for increase in ovr for prodigy cards were only the four games played by them after the card was released
